How can I join the Shareholder Benefits Programme?
If you would like to take part in the Shareholder Benefits Programme, you need to be a member of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society and hold at least 1,000 shares in the Artisanal Spirits Company plc. You can hold your shares through the Artisanal Spirits Company plc’s Corporate Sponsored Nominee account (the “CSN”), which is operated by the Company’s registrar, Link, or through another share dealing platform such as AJ Bell or Hargreaves Lansdown.
Once you have bought shares in the Artisanal Spirits Company plc, please email us at info@artisanal-spirits.com with your name, membership number, and details of which account you hold your shares through and the number of shares you hold. We will then make sure you are added to the programme.

When and how can I buy shareholder special releases and what are they?
We release special editions and special releases for our Shareholder Benefits Programme about once a year. We will email all of the Spirited shareholder benefits programme members when a new release is available for sale. You can be sure that we are seeking out delicious flavours and intriguing whiskies for you to enjoy.
What vouchers can I expect and when can I use them?
We normally issue vouchers in the early part of the year, and they can be used in our venues all year round, except for during December. Voucher terms and conditions apply..
What events are held?
We try to hold one or two exclusive shareholder benefits events each year, subject to demand. The Burns supper in January has become a Spirited tradition, and we will often hold other events around the times of the interim and full year results or the AGM. These events are ticketed, and are a great opportunity for shareholders to meet members of our Board of Directors and Executive, as well as enjoying some of the group’s excellent products and talking to other shareholders. Keep an eye out for email invitations.
